Mr. Q-Clue 2: $12 toll to get there, camping, fishing, route 13, still in Va...sorry for the delay, still figuring out how to Twitter.
Last time, I believed that Mr. Quick was on the Eastern Shore. Well, that's Virginia, so yeah... And the easiest route to the Eastern Shore is the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. And the toll price for the Bay Bridge happens to be $12, like in the clue! Camping and fishing both seem like attributes of a camp site. And after searching what campsites are on or around route 13... I came up with one familiar place. MR. QUICK IS AT THE CHERRYSTONECAMPGROUND IN CHERITON, VIRGINIA.

Almost caught me off guard.
Mr. Quick--Surrounded by water...on 2 sides, anyway. The place name is a matter of perspective, based on where you are standing.
Hmm... Well, 2 sides means not an island or peninsula, but it is near water. This made me think either the Eastern Shore of Virginia, or countries ranged from Mexico to the Central American area. Mexico... isn't really based on perspective. The other countries in Central America include Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama. But none of THOSE names aren't really based on perspective. So that leaves the Eastern Shore... I GUESS the name could vary based on where you were standing. Because what if you lived on the Eastern Shore, and you considered the mainland as the Western Shore? Hahaha, ANYWAYS...
I think Mr. Quick is at the Eastern Shore of Virginia.

3 in a row.
Place 4 Clue 2: I am worried about nuclear missiles so close by. MaCArthur was here and got fired. 쫌ㅅ 므 ㅑ ㅈ갸샤ㅜㅎ ㅜㅐㅈ? I hate KIMCHEE!
That seems to me like Korean text. At least, it looks like what I remember seeing some of my friends write. Mrs. Mervine is worried about nuclear missiles nearby, that sounds like North Korea! MacArthur was a military general who got fired during Eisenhower's presidency while he was at Korea. Kimchee is also a Korean dish that is pickled cabbage (yeah, I don't think I'd like it either). This clue further supports me idea that MRS. MERVINE IS IN SOUTH KOREA.

4th Place, 1st clue. I hope I didn't skip.
Place 4" Clue 1: I am not in the United States, I can see pagodas and a lot of industry. THis country is one of the "4 dragons" , Hangul
Well, obviously, my first thought is going to be ASIA. But Asia is the biggest continent, time to specify. Pagodas makes me think southeast Asian, as places such as India, Iran, and Iraq do not have pagodas. A lot of industry makes me think Japan. But after searching "Hangul" on Google, it says it is the alphabet of Korea. And it can't be North Korea, due to the events going on and the whole not-friends-with-America thing. I BELIEVE MRS. MERVINE IS IN SOUTH KOREA.

I'm so behind.
Just got back from the Philippines. ANYWAYS:
I think the most important event that occured during the month of June was [not to copy everyone else] the death of Michael Jackson. Honestly, he was one of the greatest influences on music on a global scale. Michael Jackson died of cardiac arrest after overdosing with, what I've heard, one thousand stress relief pills. Michael Jackson admitted these pills himself, however. Even when I was in the Philippines, many people were aware of this death. All the stores were playing Michael Jackson over the intercom, music stores were selling his albums, and people everywhere were singing Michael Jackson songs on karaoke. I think this is the most important event because Michael Jackson ushered in a new era of music. And now, people are thinking of Chris Brown as this generation's Michael Jackson due to his style of dancing while singing. But I'm sure everyone agrees that Michael Jackson could never be replaced.

One Post Following the Other
Place 3 Clue 2 Induction Day, Plebes, Annapolis
Induction day is when the newest members of the Naval Academy switch lives from ordinary civilian lives to military lives. Induction day is also the first day of the PLEBES Summer. The members are also those that are arriving in ANNAPOLIS, the CAPITAL of Maryland. I really can't think of anything else for these clues... So I believe that Mrs. Mervine is in Annapolis, Maryland.

Lack of internet makes people behind.
Place 3 Clue 1: blue and gold, in the U.S., capital location
Well, according to WIKIPEDIA, states with blue and gold as their colors include Arizona, California, Louisiana, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. And obviously, those are all in the U.S. The capital location, in my opinion, probably means location of Washington D.C., but that's between Virginia and Maryland. The closest of the above would probably be West Virginia.
Mrs. Mervine is in West Virginia?
