Mr. Quick Place Clue 1: Not too far from VB; named for royalty who served, starting in 1689, also a Tribe is important
Not too far from Virginia Beach.. Hmm... Well, if it was named after royalty, that would most likely be English royalty. Especially since it was during 1689. King James was the, obviously, KING of England during the time. And Jamestown happens to have "James" in its name. Having to do with a tribe... I have no clue. Anyways, I predict that Mr. Quick is/was in Jamestown.
